- Lawful use: content and behavior must follow applicable law.
- Care: the platform should support wellbeing, not harm.
2. Prohibited behavior
- Harassment, hate speech, or targeted abuse.
- Threats of violence, self-harm encouragement, or glorification of harm.
- Sexual exploitation content, including any child sexual abuse material.
- Impersonation, scams, malware, or attempts to compromise accounts.
- Repeated spam or abusive automation.
3. Reporting and response
Users can report policy concerns by emailing hello@letgod.app. Include relevant details (user ID, timestamp, screenshots, and description) to accelerate review.
We triage reports by severity and may remove content, limit features, suspend accounts, or escalate to legal authorities when required.
4. Appeals
If your account action appears to be in error, you may request review at hello@letgod.app within 30 days of enforcement notice.
5. Emergency guidance
LetGod is not an emergency service. If there is an immediate threat to life or safety, contact local emergency services immediately.
6. Child safety
We maintain a zero-tolerance approach to child sexual abuse and exploitation content and related behavior. Verified reports are escalated and handled with urgency.
7. Policy updates
We may revise these Safety Standards as product capabilities and legal requirements evolve.
